Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess residents' health status and address changes promptly.
• Train and supervise staff to administer medications and treatments accurately.

• Maintain detailed medical records, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current.
• Complete psychotropic reviews and skin assessments, ensure medications are in facility.
• Provide disciplinary action including education and re-training as needed.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
