StoryPoint Group's Flourish Collection at Oakland in Michigan is seeking a Caregiver to provide compassionate, personalized assistance to residents.

You will help with bathing, dining, mobility, and daily activities while maintaining safety and dignity, and you will follow 1440 care standards.

Excellent communication with residents, families, and the Wellness Leader is essential; healthcare experience and CNA/MA certification are preferred.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Healthcare/geriatrics experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Active support of culture and 1440 pillars.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by Wellness Coordinator.
• Provide bathing, grooming, dining, mobility, toileting, and medication assistance.
• Complete and document records and logs.
• Maintain safety procedures and company policies.
