StoryPoint is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate and personalized assistance to residents in our community. The role involves bathing, grooming, dining assistance, mobility support, and memory care tasks, while ensuring safety and adherence to care standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and may hold CNA/MA certification; prior healthcare or geriatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or elderly care preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide bathing, grooming, dining assistance to residents.
• Assist residents with mobility, toileting, and daily activities.
• Document care activities and report changes to Wellness Leader.
• Maintain safety, follow policies, and communicate with families as needed.
