Job summary

StoryPoint Group is seeking a Caregiver to provide caring and personalized assistance for residents in our community. This role involves bathing, dining assistance, mobility support, medications, and daily living tasks to ensure residents’ comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and CNA/MA certification preferred. The position emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to safety procedures, and collaboration with Wellness Leaders and families to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively provides compassionate and competent care for residents by performing bathing, grooming, dining assistance, wheelchair and walking escorts, toileting and light incontinence care, and morning/bedtime routines.
• Performs light upkeep of resident rooms and answers resident call signals.
• Provides medication assistance, personal care and medication administration in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
• Completes and documents records, maintains safety procedures, and communicates changes in resident care to the Wellness Leader and families.
• Stays informed of departmental communication and attends meetings as required.

Education

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) Certification
