Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking a Care Manager to provide compassionate, resident-centered support in a Maryland facility. You will assist with personal care, meals, activities, and housekeeping while documenting care in Eldermark and on an IPAD. The role emphasizes respect for residents, families, and staff, with a focus on socialization and independence.

The position is hourly, non-exempt, and overtime eligible, with an $18.00–$21.00 per hour pay range based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in caring for geriatric residents.
• CNA preferred.
• Must speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care to residents.
• Serve meals and snacks.
• Assist with activities and housekeeping as assigned.
• Provide emotional support and social stimulation.
• Document service delivery in Eldermark and on the IPAD.
• Attend to mobility, dressing, toileting, and hygiene needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean dining area and assist with meal service.
