Job summary

Victory Housing, Inc. seeks a Care Manager in Potomac, MD to deliver personal care, assist with meals and snacks, support activities and light housekeeping, and promote socialization and independence for residents.

Responsibilities include following care plans, documenting tasks, maintaining a safe and respectful environment, and collaborating with health staff. One year geriatric care experience and English fluency preferred; the role is non-exempt and overtime eligible with pay range $18–$21

Qualifications

• One year of experience in caring for geriatric residents.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Effective communication and a caring attitude required.
• Must speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and emotional support to residents.
• Assist residents with activities and dining, and perform light housekeeping.
• Document care tasks and follow ISP/Care plans in logs.
• Answer call bells promptly and coordinate with health staff.
• Maintain safety and infection control during daily routines.
