FutureCare is seeking a Geriatric Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, vital signs, and companionship on a care-focused team.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, and basic needs while maintaining safety and comfort. Relevant Maryland GNA certification is required; positive attitude and teamwork are essential. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, including growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current certification and GNA license in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, oral care and basic needs.
• Take vital signs at shift start and as directed.
• Respond to assistance calls and monitor changes in residents’ condition.
• Complete required documentation timely.
• Transport residents as needed.
• Provide companionship and ensure resident safety.
• Encourage residents to stay active and engaged.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
