Manor Lake Snellville is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide non-professional direct patient care under nursing supervision. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor health needs, and maintain a safe, respectful environment in a geriatric community.

You will participate in training, uphold Residents’ Rights, and report changes promptly. The job requires English proficiency, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude in a busy elder-care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CNA training preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with geriatric nursing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily bath/shower, dressing, grooming, and basic room care.
• Record vitals, weight, and care notes; observe changes and report to supervisor.
• Prepare residents for meals and provide post-meal care.
• Complete required yearly training and ongoing education.
• Maintain confidentiality and residents' rights; report complaints/incidents.
• Assist in admissions, transfers, and discharges; inventory possessions.
• Provide table service during meals.
• Perform daily light housekeeping in resident apartments.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures; manage resident restraints.
• Attend orientation and required trainings and meetings.
• Maintain professional appearance and service-oriented interactions with residents and staff.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
