Job summary

Manor Lake Snellville is seeking a compassionate CNA to deliver direct patient care under nursing supervision in a senior living environment. You will assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dental care, and help prepare meals and medications reminders with accurate charting.

You will also record vital signs, monitor for health changes, maintain resident confidentiality, and participate in required training and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Professionalism, empathy, patience, and effective interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or GED with some college preferred.
• Completion of CNA training or certification preferred.
• CPR certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily baths and dressing, grooming, and dental care.
• Assist with meals, activities, and basic room care.
• Record vital signs, weight, and supplies; observe health changes and report to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, infection control, and hazardous communication standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and report complaints or incidents to supervisors.
• Provide table service during meals and assist with daily housekeeping in resident apartments.
• Attend orientation and required training; participate in staff meetings.
