Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of courier/driver experience with direct customer interaction preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company vehicles for first-call transfers of deceased.
• Coordinate with first responders, coroner, hospital staff, or senior living facilities.
• Interact with bereaved family members during home transfers with sensitivity.
• Enter transfer information into proprietary software according to procedures.
• Transport caskets to airports, care centers, or funeral homes; assist with moving caskets.
