Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes; ensures proper care and storage.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations, maintenance as directed by management.
• Assists with respectful preparation of remains and transportation as permitted by law and company regulations.
• Performs office duties such as answering phones, operating office equipment and multi-line systems.
• Greets and assists client families entering the office for information and assistance.
• Accommodates the needs of the family during a service and/or visitation.
