Responsibilities

• Prepare casket and deceased for visitation or funeral services, including dressing and transporting as needed.
• Prepare rooms for services, arrange chairs, tables, guest books, flowers and mementos.
• Greet visitors and provide funeral services information.
• May serve as pallbearer and may drive families to cemetery site.
• Handle post-service duties: removal and storage of items and packaging keepsakes.
• Assist with office tasks: phone reception, document review, data entry and mailroom tasks.
• Transport documents and items safely between locations; maintain company vehicles.
