Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes for client families.
• Prepares documents related to services, cremations and maintenance as directed by management.
• Assists with the preparation of remains, including dressing and lifting as permitted by law and company policy.
• Performs office duties such as answering phones, operating a multi-line system, and handling office equipment.
