Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in an office clerical or customer service role.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet regularly with Funeral Directors to coordinate services.
• Communicate with families to coordinate activities.
• Takes first calls and dispatches removal teams.
• Collects vital information, files death certificates and insurance claims.
• Schedules services for Funeral Directors.
• Designs and prints memorials; creates arrangement documents.
• Orders merchandise, flowers, urns.
• Coordinates with churches, cemeteries and staff for services.
• Assists with setup and takedown of funeral/visitation areas.
• Assists during funeral services and events.
• Prepares deceased for viewing and transfer to Crematory.
• Transports remains to Crematory and handles ashes delivery.
• Assists with removals and vehicle cleanliness as needed.
• Complies with company and regulatory requirements.
