Responsibilities

• Prepares services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and mementos per client families.
• Assists with services and paperwork related to funerals and cremations as directed by management.
• Greet clients and assist with information requests; answer phones courteously.
• Set up and maintain office equipment and supplies; run errands as needed.
• Assist with visitations and services, including chapel setup and transport of family items.
