Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Proficient with MS Office suite and databases
• Ability and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by delivering and setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and other keepsakes
• Assists with dresses, cremations, maintenance and related service documents
• Greets client families and assists with information and directions
• Operates office equipment and multi-line phone system; handles daily clerical duties
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups
