• Prepares for services, including floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and keepsakes.
• Assists with respectful preparation of remains and service-related tasks.
• Greets client families, answers phones, and assists with office duties and information.
• Drives funeral home vehicles for services and transporting families.
• Supports visitation, chapel setup and transportation as needed.
