Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in client relations or related field.
• Valid state driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Greet client families and provide information or assistance as needed.
• Assist in moving the casketed deceased and related items in services areas.
• Maintain clean and prepared public spaces (lobby, chapels, restrooms, reception areas).
• Assist clients in and out of limousines with care for disabled and elderly.
• Assist in funeral services and visitation, including coordinating pallbearers and parking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
