The role involves guiding families, aiding in the movement of caskets, ensuring tidy public spaces, assisting with limousine transfers for handicapped and elderly, coordinating pallbearers, and supporting a team dedicated to personalized service; a

Qualifications

Four-year degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in client relations.
Valid state driver's license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

Provides information or assistance to client families.
Assist in movement of the casketed deceased and related items.
Maintain clean and prepared public spaces (lobbies, chapels, restrooms).
Assist families in and out of limousines with emphasis on handicapped/elderly.
Assist in funeral services and visitation including greeting visitors and coordinating pallbearers/parking.
Other duties as assigned.
