Responsibilities

• Prepare for services by setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos, and keepsakes.
• Prepare documents related to services and cremations as directed by management.
• Assist with preparation of remains and operate approved equipment as allowed by law.
• Perform office duties: phones, fax, computer, multi-line phone system, debit machine, and basic clerical tasks.
• Run errands for supplies and deliveries; transport family items as needed.
• Greet client families and assist during visitations, services, and ceremonies.
• Drive funeral home vehicles for services and family pickups when required.
• Ensure refreshments are available where allowed by law.
• Support visitations and services with set-up and assistance.
