Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and attend services. You will sell pre-need and at-need services, cemetery services, property and merchandise, guiding families through options with compassion.

Leads come from walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting. Training pay is $18.00 per hour for 6 weeks, with uncapped commissions and first-year earnings estimated at $50,000–$80,000.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Business/Marketing/Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; travel to client events; mileage reimbursement.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) required.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills; discretion with confidential information.
• Availability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.
