Job summary

Everstory Partners, based in Hurricane, WV, is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral service selections and to drive revenue through pre-need and at-need offerings.

Leads are generated from walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach. Training pay of $18/hour for 6 weeks accompanies an uncapped commission structure and first-year earnings potential of $40k–$60k.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related coursework in Business/ Marketing/ Sales preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and cemetery merchandise.
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services.
• Generate leads via walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive prospecting.
