Responsibilities

• Prepares for services by setting up floral arrangements, chairs, caskets, urns, photos and mementos.
• Answers phones and handles office duties including fax, mail, and basic clerical tasks.
• Assists with preparation of remains and transportation as needed.
• Greets client families and provides information at the office.
• Supports funeral services and visitations as requested.
• Maintains professional conduct and compassion throughout duties.
