You will represent the business in the community, assist Funeral Directors, and help ensure dignified, smooth proceedings while adhering to safety and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador of the business in the community to build trust and loyalty.
• Greets and directs client families and their guests at the funeral home.
• Escorts client families and their guests to the correct chapel or parlor.
• Directs visitors to guest book and distributes memorialization materials as needed.
• Answers questions and assists with serving client families and guests during visitation and memorials.
• Represents the business professionally, maintaining a neat appearance and ethical conduct.
• Receives and places flowers in chapels or parlors.
• Ensures refreshments are available to client families and guests.
• Prepares public spaces for scheduled services; performs other duties as assigned.
