Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of funeral arrangement from setup to final disposition.
• Presents clients with service and merchandise options.
• Oversees team members and ensures professional representation.
• Works on-call/first call in rotation.
• Ensures proper paperwork, permits, and certificates.
• Conducts and attends funeral services regularly.
• Leads post-service follow-ups.
