The role requires on-call availability, strong communication, and a deep understanding of diverse cultural and religious practices. Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure for funeral directing & embalming.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Present all service and merchandise options to every family.
• Maintain open communication and accurate client files.
• Engage in community activities to grow market share.
• Oversee team Members and ensure professional representation.
• Work on-call/first call as assigned.
• Transfer decedents, embalm, dress, cosmetize, and prepare deceased as needed.
• Meet with client families to arrange personalized funeral services.
• Ensure proper paperwork, permits, and certificates are completed timely.
• Conduct and attend funeral services regularly.
• Lead post-service follow-ups.
