Qualifications

• Must hold current state licensure for funeral directing and embalming.

• Ability to lead and coordinate funeral services and teams.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to funeral services.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of funeral arrangements from setup to disposition.
• Oversee service and merchandise options for families.
• Coordinate team members and communicate performance expectations.
• Meet with client families to arrange personalized services.
• Ensure paperwork, permits, and certificates are completed timely.
• Conduct funeral services and lead post-service follow-ups.
