Job summary

Foundation Partners Group seeks a Funeral Attendant to support viewings and ceremonies, transfer remains, and related tasks across funeral and memorial services. You will assist the funeral director, maintain a compassionate presence for visitors, and help move caskets and materials as needed.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and evenings on an on-call basis. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist funeral director with tasks during funerals and visitations to ensure smooth services.
• Maintain a friendly, supportive presence for all visitors.
• Assist in moving caskets and related items in and out of locations.
• Operate the hearse, family limousine, or other vehicles in the cortege.
