Bethel Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a part-time receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to learn about long-term care while contributing to a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing calls and inquiries, coordinating appointments, and handling mail for residents. Previous receptionist or customer service experience is preferred, with strong English

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Proficient in using office equipment and computer applications.
• Empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Receives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities.
• Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents.
