Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Greenville is seeking a warm, compassionate receptionist to join our team. The primary duties include operating the switchboard, greeting residents, families, visitors, and staff, and directing inquiries while maintaining a safe, organized lobby.

You will support the Business Office by handling payments and coordinating with other departments. A high school diploma and prior receptionist experience are desirable, and experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous receptionist experience is desirable.
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle switchboard/phone system and greet residents, families, visitors, volunteers and staff.
• Monitor lobby entrance and maintain a safe, clean reception area.
• Direct visitors and reports, and assist with general office tasks as needed.
• Take resident payments and coordinate with the Business Office.
• Notify HR and schedule agency staff as necessary to cover shifts.
• Produce reports or lists as directed by management.
