Job summary

Interim HealthCare of the Black Hills is hiring a part-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to greet clients and manage front desk duties in Rapid City, SD. The role offers Monday–Friday hours from approximately 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, 20–25 hours per week, with a friendly, predictable schedule.

The CSR acts as the voice of the agency, supporting clients, families, and staff while maintaining a smooth office operation. Prior healthcare exposure and a commitment to quality care are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare or related field.
• Understanding of state and federal home care standards/regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication with clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate switchboard/phone system as first point of contact.
• Support team to ensure quality and operational standards.
• Schedule staff and coordinate client/patient scheduling for home care services.
• Maintain a professional reception area and facilitate office communications.
