Job summary

Rochester Rehab & Living Center in Rochester, MN is seeking an Interim Days Receptionist to join our welcoming campus. • Front desk experience required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum one-year experience in job functions.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all data processing functions on the facility computer including, but not limited to, scanning, printing.
• Answers phone and directs calls to proper employees.
• Responds to resident or customer questions.
• Oversees specific responsibilities relating to overall office function of the facility.
