Job summary

Rochester Rehab & Living Center in Rochester, MN is seeking an Interim Days Receptionist to join our administration team. This on-site role supports front desk operations, greets residents and visitors, answers calls, and ensures smooth daily office functions in a healthcare setting.

Pay ranges from $15.94 to $18.86 per hour with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule, Monday–Friday. This is a 3–6 month interim role offering benefits and opportunities for growth within our welcoming campus.

Qualifications

• Experience working at front desk.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum one-year experience in job functions.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all data processing functions on the facility computer including, but not limited to, scanning, printing.
• Answers phone and directs calls to proper employees.
• Responds to resident or customer questions.
• Oversees specific responsibilities relating to overall office function of the facility.

Pay Range: $15.94- $18.86 years of experience
Schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm
