Qualifications

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience, retail counting and reconciliation of money and knowledge of food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending upon location requirements.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending upon location requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record proper temperature of food.
• Set up and maintain a clean, sanitized serving area.
• Prepare and serve food items; restock food areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment; operate cash registers.
• Receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register.
• Complies with HACCP guidelines and provides outstanding customer service.
