Job summary

Orchard Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated dietary assistant for a full-time day shift. You will support the kitchen team with meal and dessert preparation, tray service to patients, and maintaining hygiene standards in a busy hospital-like setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service is a plus.
• Ability to follow infection control policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist cook in preparing desserts or snacks for patients.
• Assist cook in preparation of meals.
• Carry trays to patients and serve beverages.
• Clean tables and dining area after meals.
• Follow standardized recipes and portions as directed.
• Keep kitchen and work areas clean and organized.
