Job summary

Park Lawn Corporation in Colorado seeks an experienced sales professional to establish relationships with client families at need or pre-need and guide options for interment, cemetery property, and related services. You will develop referrals, present at events, and ensure service excellence.

The role emphasizes walkthroughs with families, adherence to pricing, and coordination with the Sales Manager to meet revenue targets while upholding company values and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience preferred.
• Proven outside sales track record preferred.
• May require an insurance license as required by state law.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Performs duties in a professional and caring manner with integrity.
• Provides tours and guides families to the cemetery lot location.
• Builds relationships and develops referrals while attending services and visitations.
• Ensures compliance with state/industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintains adherence to pricing structures and submits contracts and payments to the Business Office.
• Reports progress to the Sales Manager and completes required reports timely.
• Pursues new prospects and community contacts via presentations at locations and events.
• Collaborates with funeral homes and team members to exceed family expectations.
