Job summary

Senior Solutions Management Group is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, under the supervision of the nurse in charge.

The role includes assisting residents with daily activities, reporting observations, supporting care plans, and participating in educational activities while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, speak and write the English language.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care, and help with housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Report observations and other pertinent information to the supervisor.
• Support care plans and contribute to ongoing standards of care.
• Identify staff educational needs and participate in training.
• Maintain professional conduct and comply with facility policies.
• Assist with activities participation and documentation of resident participation.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and assist with requests.
• Assist with dietary responsibilities, including serving meals and cleaning the meal area.
