Job summary

Senior Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support for residents in long-term or rehabilitative care settings. You will perform personal care, assist with daily activities, and report observations to the supervisor.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, and good English communication. Prior experience with the elderly is preferred, and confidentiality must be maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred/required.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Must be able to read, speak and write English.
• Experience with the elderly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Report observations to the supervisor and document changes.
• Review care plans and support daily care delivery.
• Participate in staff education and safety initiatives.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests.
• Assist with dietary responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
