Job summary

Senior Solutions, Inc in Round Rock, Texas is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services for residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care, under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA certification preferred, CPR/First Aid certification, and English proficiency. You will assist residents with daily routines, observe and report on care, support care plans, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent is required.
• Previous Nursing Assistant experience or student nurse preferred.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid required.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Experience with elderly care desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care.
• Report observations and care-related information.
• Support daily care plans and review changes.
• Contribute to standards of care formulation and evaluation.
• Identify staff educational needs.
• Maintain professional conduct according to policies.
• Tidy rooms, change linens, and ensure safety.
• Assist with activities and document participation.
• Ensure call lights are answered promptly.
• Assist with dietary responsibilities and dining area cleanliness.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
