CorsoCare Personal Care at Solista High Point is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide compassionate and personalized assistance to residents in our community. The role focuses on daily living activities, health monitoring, and supporting 1440 care standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, with CNA or MA certification preferred, and a demonstrated ability to follow instructions. The position requires mobility and a commitment to resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or MA certification preferred.
• Experience with elderly populations preferred.
• Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our culture and 1440 care standards.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks as assigned by Wellness Coordinator.
• Provide compassionate care: bathing, dining assistance, escorts, and personal care.
• Medication assistance and memory care support.
• Document records and communicate changes to Wellness Leader.
• Attend meetings and stay updated on safety procedures.
