Job summary

Avenues Home Care, serving the Nashville area, is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist elderly, disabled, and vulnerable clients. You will help with ADLs, medication support, meal prep, transportation, and companionship, following each client’s plan of care and accurately reporting activities.

We offer flexible shifts including 8, 10, 12 hours and PRN options, with benefits such as health, dental, and vision insurance, paid mileage, and opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Familiarity with ClearCare homecare management system.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living as per plan of care.
• Provide medication assistance, light housekeeping, meals, transportation, and companionship.
• Report daily activities to supervisor using the agency system and logs.
