Job summary

Qualifications

• Good communication skills required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
• Proficiency with ClearCare or equivalent homecare management system.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in care plans.
• Provide medication assistance, housekeeping, meals, shopping and transportation as needed.
• Deliver companionship and monitor client condition; report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain schedules, document activities, and adhere to company policies and HIPAA requirements.
