Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Fill-in DSP in Freeport, Illinois to provide compassionate personal care and support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will pick up 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts as needed and contribute to a meaningful, stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and care.
• Support participants with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
