Job summary

Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities live fuller lives in their homes and communities. You will assist with daily activities, meals, hygiene, and medication administration, while partnering with clinical staff to implement behavioral and therapeutic plans.

Starting at $15 per hour, with shift premiums on weekends, the role includes health insurance, life and LTD insurance, and a 403(b) plan with generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must have valid automobile insurance
• Basic computer skills
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Assist with medication administration and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals in community activities and therapeutic plans with clinical staff.
