Job summary

Easter Seals of Tennessee is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals with disabilities in their homes, helping with daily activities and community involvement. You will work closely with clinical staff to implement therapeutic plans and ensure safety and well-being.

We offer a starting rate of $15 per hour plus benefits such as health insurance, life and long-term disability coverage, a 403(b) plan, and generous PTO, with additional weekend shift premium.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Basic computer skills.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support Professionals provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
