Job summary

FEHE Enterprises, Inc. is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our residential homes.

As a DSP, you will assist with daily living activities, encourage independence and meaningful choice, maintain health and safety, and help create a home-like environment. Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays; prior experience and a HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Six months of relevant direct‑care, healthcare, residential, behavioral health, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered assistance based on service plans and protocols.
• Assist with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, feeding, and communication.
• Promote independence, choice, and community participation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, home-like environment and complete household duties.
• Document services accurately in Therap and other required systems.
• Assist with medications only when trained and authorized, following all procedures.
• Support appointments and transportation, and document observations and notes.
• Follow all applicable health, safety, confidentiality, and reporting requirements.
