Job summary

ASG Home Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey. You will work one‑on‑one with individuals in home and community settings, following each person's ISP to promote independence and daily living skills.

We offer flexible hours at $18–$24/hour, local cases, and a supportive team. Ideal candidates are 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community‑based support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP.
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team.
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support.
