Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities in homes, communities, and day programs.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet individual needs and goals.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal care, meals, and household tasks.
• Foster positive relationships and provide emotional support to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of services and progress.
