Job summary

Abound Health in Freehold, NJ is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. As a DSP, you will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support, helping clients live independently.

If you are compassionate, reliable, and seeking meaningful work, we would love to meet you. Starting pay is $23/hour (non-acuity) or $33/hour (acuity), plus a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments after meeting hours targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks.
• Experience with disabilities not required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Building positive relationships and supporting individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks.
• Supporting individuals in community participation, employment, and social activities.
• Completing documentation and maintaining schedules.
