Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals who are caring, compassionate, and dependable to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. DSPs should be comfortable supporting individuals who use nontraditional communication methods and be proactive in daily tasks.

Positions require a valid driving record and a vehicle; staff will assist individuals in community activities and outings. Applicants must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be person-centered minded.
• Staff need to be open-minded and come with a positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have valid driving record.
• Must have vehicle, comfortable taking individual out in the community.
• Must be authorized to legally work in the United States.
